Share Tableside, LLC
Effective Date: August 19, 2026

Tableside (“Tableside,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a social dining membership operated by Share Tableside, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to sharetableside.com, our text messaging program, and our dining events and membership services (together, the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you create an account, book a seat, or join a membership, we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, dining preferences, and dietary restrictions or allergies you choose to share. If you communicate with us, we keep those communications.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our systems. We receive limited billing information from Stripe (such as card brand, last four digits, and transaction status) needed to manage your membership and bookings.

Information from your use of the Services. We keep records of the dinners you book and attend, who you have dined with previously, and feedback you provide. We use this history to assemble tables and improve the experience. We also collect standard technical information when you visit our website, such as browser type, device information, and pages viewed.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account and membership
  • Process bookings, payments, and refunds
  • Assemble dinner tables, including using your dining history and preferences to seat you with a mix of familiar and new faces
  • Send you service communications, including booking confirmations, reminders, and account notices
  • Send you text messages if you have opted in to our SMS program (see Section 4)
  • Share relevant details with the restaurant hosting your dinner, limited to what the restaurant needs to serve your table (such as first name, party details, and dietary restrictions or allergies)
  • Improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Services
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

Service providers. We use trusted vendors to operate the Services, including Stripe (payment processing) and Twilio (text messaging delivery). These providers may process your information only to perform services for us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Restaurant partners. For dinners you attend, we share limited information the restaurant needs to host you, such as your first name and any dietary restrictions or allergies you have provided.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Tableside, our members, or others.

Business transfers. If Tableside is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, member information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

If you opt in to receive text messages from Tableside, we will send you messages related to your account and dinners, such as booking confirmations, reminders, table details, waitlist and standby notifications, and occasional updates about upcoming dinners.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers are not shared with or sold to third parties. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with service providers (such as our messaging platform) solely to enable delivery of messages to you.

Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive messages related to your bookings and membership, typically 2–8 messages per month depending on your activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@sharetableside.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (including tax and accounting requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 7).

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights

8. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
